Kubu Rattan is a thick wicker and when dried and woven creates a remarkably strong material ideal for furniture and basketware. It is a natural product with much variation ranging from beige to soft gray in color. Kubu is not an outdoor-rated or all-weather but a clear topcoat preserves the color and protects the surface from penetrating spills. In order to promote longevity when used in an outdoor setting, place in a sheltered/covered area.
